Overview
Welcome! The new client center assists you and your pet in being well-prepared for your appointment. Please take a few moments to review the important forms and information found on this page.

Filling out the new client registration forms or preanesthetic authorization form ahead of time will expedite your check-in. These forms may be faxed, emailed, or brought in before or at the time of your visit.  In addition you will need your pet’s current vaccination record or a contact where this information can be retrieved.

From Washington DC and Points East
Take RT 29 past the first warrenton exit. Take the Meetze Road exit. At the stop sign take a right, this will be Meetze Road. You will come to a 4-way stop sign, take a left. This will be Falmouth Street. You will come to a 3-way stop sign, bear to your right. Our driveway will be down the hill on your left.

From Sperryville Area and Points West
Take RT 211 into Warrenton, take a right on RT 29. You will be on RT 29 for approximately one mile. Take a left on Falmouth Street. Our driveway will be the 2nd on the left. (Across from Walmart)

From Culpeper and Points South
Take RT 29 to your first Warrenton exit. You will go a short distance and see Walmart on your left. After Walmart you will neeed to take a right onto Falmouth Sreet. We will be the 2nd driveway on the right.

From Marshall and Points North
Take RT 17 south to Warrenton, take a right on RT 29, take a left onto Falmouth Street. We will be the second driveway on the left.

What to expect
Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for your pet. Also, take some time to review our staff page and familiarize yourself with the doctors. We look forward to your first visit.

Please bring all dogs on short leash (lock retractable leashes) or one will be provided to take your pet safely to and from your vehicle. Cats should be in escape-proof carriers or in harness. We have cardboard carriers which may be purchased.

For pets who will be staying overnight it is recommended that you bring their regular food to help avoid upsets in digestion. Prepackage each meal in a zip-lock and label if possible. We feed Hill’s Prescription Diet (for extra charge) if requested or Hill’s Science Diet when owner’s food is not supplied. Daily medications can be given (at a charge per administration except monthly heartworm tablets) Please try to bring only the amount needed for the duration of boarding and be sure to label dose and frequency and discuss with manager .
